Printed textbooks
- Textbooks are sent by courier to the address of the institution (or the person) given in the order. We ship within India.
- The dispatch date and delivery timeline are confirmed in your proposal or order.
- Shipping charges, if any, are shown in your proposal, quotation or invoice.
- Once a consignment is dispatched, we share the courier details so you can track it.
Damaged or missing copies
If a package arrives damaged, or copies are missing, please tell us as soon as possible with photos of the package and the delivery details, at info@bhavyagyanacademy.com or +91 70425 06851. We will check with the courier and work with you to resolve it.
Online courses and the LMS
Online courses are not shipped. After enrolment is confirmed, login details for learn.bhavyagyanacademy.com and batch details are shared by email, phone or WhatsApp.
Faculty development programmes
In-person FDPs are conducted at the institution on dates agreed in writing. Online sessions are joined through the link we share.
