How it works: bringing a skill course to your college

A clear path from your first enquiry to certificates at the end of the semester. Here is what happens at each step, and what we need from you.

  1. Enquiry

    You tell us about your institution and what you are looking for.

  2. Discussion

    We talk through the courses, how your classes run and which delivery model fits.

  3. Proposal

    You receive a written proposal for your institution.

  4. Approval at your end

    Your institution completes its own approvals. For a credit course, this usually includes your Board of Studies.

Things move faster when each side names one person. We give you a single point of contact at Bhavya Gyan Academy, and we ask you to name a faculty coordinator for the course.

How early should we start?

Start before the semester in which you want to run the course, so your internal approvals and onboarding can finish before classes begin.

Who conducts the assessments?

It depends on the delivery model. Where your faculty teach, they conduct internal assessment using our ready material. In LMS models, quizzes and assignments run on the LMS.

Can we start with a small batch?

Yes. Many institutions begin with one class or department and expand later. Tell us your plan in the enquiry.
