Two ways to set it up for your institution
A branded space in our LMS
Your college gets its own space inside the Bhavya Gyan Academy LMS. We enrol your students in bulk, or they register with your college code. Seats are allotted as per your agreement.
The LMS on your own domain
For larger institutions: the LMS runs as a separate installation on your own web address, carrying your institution’s identity.
How students join
- Your college shares the student list and we enrol them in bulk, or
- Students register themselves using your college code, up to the number of seats in your plan.
- Individual learners outside a college can also join courses open to them and pay online.

Questions about the LMS
Do we need our own IT team to run the LMS?
No. In the branded-space model we set up and run the platform. Your college shares the student list or college code and names a coordinator.
Can our faculty take classes on the LMS?
Tell us how you want your faculty involved when you request a proposal. The set-up is agreed with each institution.
Which courses are available on the LMS?
Bhavya Gyan Academy courses offered with an institutional licence are delivered on the LMS. See the courses for colleges for the current list.
